For many of us, Jerusalem and Tel Aviv are what comes to mind when thinking about Israel. But the Holy Land is so much more than just these two cities. What happened in the Jezreel Valley? Why is the Jordan River Valley so essential? What things are there to see on the way to Eilat? Why are there so many synagogues in the Golan Heights?
Zoom link will be sent weekly to participants, and recordings will be sent to participants who were not present within 48 hours after each session.
Videos of each lesson will be edited and posted in the JDC online course within 30 days after each live Zoom lesson. All participants will receive access to the online course.

Rabbi Yehoshua Soudakoff

Rabbi Yehoshua, who grew up in sunny Los Angeles, currently lives in the Holy Land with his wife Cheftziba and their two children, Baila and Levi. After graduating from the world’s only yeshiva high school for deaf and hard of hearing boys in Toronto, Canada, he received his rabbinical ordination in Brooklyn. He and his wife are also the official Chabad representatives to the Deaf and hard of hearing community, and their many projects - from summer camp to Shabbat retreats and Chanukah celebrations to online classes - touch the lives of many deaf and hard of hearing Jews around the globe.
