The Jewish Deaf Congress Bylaws Committee invites proposals from its members and allies for amendments to the Bylaws which will be considered by the committee for action at the 2025 JDC Summit, October 24-26.
Please review the current JDC Bylaws on the JDC website at https://jewishdeafcongress.org/jdc-bylaws/ and send your proposed amendments, comments, and/or questions to the Bylaws Committee chair, Elliott Richman, richmanelliott@gmail.com, by the deadline of September 8th, 2025.
The final proposed amendments will be shared with you by September 24, 2025. Additionally, if you are interested in joining the Bylaws Committee, do let us know.
