What marketing or promotion can we expect from JDC?

JDC will provide promotional guidelines and materials.

For early event promotion (more than three months before event) JDC will provide a Canva account with branding resources for you to design your own marketing materials. This will allow us to review and approve your materials. If you use your own design program, please share materials with us for approval prior to publication. You should post them on your own social media channels. We will share these posts and add flyers/information to our newsletters. You can also create a Facebook event and add us as collaborators.

When your event is approaching (less than three months away), we will design our own flyers to heavily promote your event on our social media channels as primary posts, as well as continuing to market the event on our newsletter.
